Modani Dallas, LLC is seeking a Sales Manager with a Bachelor of Business Administration, or its equivalency for the following job duties:
Analyzing industry market trends; Reviewing operational records and sales reports; Developing sales forecast, sales and 4P strategy, Branding, Direct and Social marketing, Online advertisement; Planning Pricing, merchandising strategies and sales promotions; Hiring and training new sales employees and interns; Supervising all key account managers; Controlling inventory; Establishing budgets, controlling expenditures, analyzing profit/loss margins and evaluating ROI; Administering contract and agreements with partners; Building up export opportunities; Implementing corporate policies and customer service procedures; Proficient in Microsoft Office, business resource management and analytics software. Travel often required over extended period of time to meet potential buyers and corporate accounts.

The position is a full time position in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking, organizational and analytical skills, managing skills and accountability. The store manager position goes way beyond a typical retail store sales duties and encompass all business tasks including: administrative tasks, customer service, hiring, managing and motivating sales staff, logistical (stock adjustments, deliveries), marketing initiatives. You become responsible for a profit and expense center which is the store along with its regional sales, which resembles the experience of an 'entrepreneur' managing a regional business from A to Z on its own (with guidance and training provided).
